Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the betoffice platform. By accessing or registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms set out on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing betoffice at betoffice.mobi, creating an account, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of betoffice, including visitors, registered members and anyone accessing the site from within the Philippines or from any other location where access is permitted. betoffice reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betoffice. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to access or use the platform.
The following conditions also apply to eligibility:
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using the platform.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any restriction that prevents you from accessing online gaming services.
- You must not register more than one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
betoffice reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access most features on betoffice, you must register a personal account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for keeping that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. betoffice will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. betoffice staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using betoffice, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Philippines. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, money laundering or fraudulent activity through the platform.
- Using your betoffice account for any commercial purpose that has not been expressly authorised.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems, other accounts or restricted areas of the site.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or platform staff through any channel.
betoffice reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in violation of these rules, and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
5. Payments and Transactions
All account transactions on betoffice are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, bank transfer and QR Ph. Available channels and applicable limits are subject to change and are displayed within your account settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your betoffice account are from legitimate sources. betoffice does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. betoffice does not guarantee same-day processing. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated. 6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
betoffice provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. betoffice is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the betoffice platform, including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, text, software and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of betoffice or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
betoffice may include links to or references to third-party content or services for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure and Governing Law
betoffice reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, inactivity or if required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of closure due to verified rule violations, betoffice may withhold funds pending investigation or as part of any enforcement action.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in line with standard payment procedures, subject to verification requirements being met.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of betoffice that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts.
